Our process starts with a conversation. A building is more than shelter and the building process is more that a bunch of spaces that share walls.


We work to establish your goals and needs as we develop a design.


Your input is essential as we work together through each phase of the project from the initial program to Construction.


We:

  1. • develop a strong concept, determine needs and goals

  2. • analyze the site

  3. • design the space or building, including some 3D visualization

   so that a “feel’ for the space can begin to take place - more

   detailed 3D is available at additional cost

  1. • develop the construction drawings

  2. • assist in the bidding, permitting process

  3. • help with consultant coordination

  4. • present building contractor selections

  5. • guide through construction administration
